Can Straps, LLC will replace any defective merchandise or send the correct size if a mistake was made for a period of 30 days. Return merchandise instructions are listed on the packing slip that came with your order. Once we receive the merchandise we will replace it with new merchandise and mail it to you. You will not be charged for Shipping and Handling for any returned merchandise.
