The following terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Can Straps®, LLC. By accessing and using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound according to the terms and conditions herein. Product Availability, Pricing, and Substitutions:

The Can Straps® products shown on this website are available at this time only available from our website. Any prices displayed on this website are in U.S. dollars, and are subject to change without notice. In the event of any pricing errors on this website due to typographical errors or otherwise, Can Straps®, LLC at its option may cancel your order and refund the purchase price in full in correspondence to the method of payment. All sales are final. All defective or damaged product will be replaced. See our "Return Policy."

Can Straps®, LLC may periodically modify its products to improve their performance and/or appearance. Products depicted on this website or in advertising are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products sold will be as produced, and Can Straps®, LLC expressly reserves the right to substitute products of equal or better quality than those illustrated, without notice.

Limited Warranty, Use of Products, and Disclaimer of Liability:

Can Straps®, LLC warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the Can Straps® trash bag strap products (i) shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship, and (ii) are reasonably fit for their intended purpose. Defective products may be returned for an exchange according to Can Straps®, LLC's "Return Policy." Can Straps®, LLC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AS TO THE Can Straps® PRODUCTS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, including THE Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This limited warranty will not apply to any Can Straps® product that is or was: 1) misused, abused, or altered in any manner; 2) damaged by casualty, fault, or negligence of any person or entity other than Can Straps®, LLC; or 3) not used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose in a manner as stated specifically in Can Straps®, LLC's advertisements, packaging, product marking, written instructions, and/or general literature.

Purchasers are solely responsible for using and assuring the proper use of the Can Straps® products as stated and in accordance with directions provided by Can Straps®, LLC. Can Straps®, LLC shall not be liable for any damages or injuries, personal or property, resulting from improper use of the Can Straps® products or from uses other than those specifically authorized in its advertisements, packaging, product markings, written instructions, and/or general literature.

Can Straps®® should be kept away from children under ten (10) years of age. Can Straps® are not to be used as play toys for children or pets under any circumstances or conditions. When Can Straps® are used in the presence of children of any age whatsoever, they should only be used under the supervision of an adult, and their inventory should be regularly monitored regularly. The purchaser assumes all liability for not conforming with the above notices and warnings and releases Can Straps®, LLC from any claims for personal injury, loss of life, or property damage resulting from usage of the Can Straps® products contrary to the above policies and notices.

Can Straps®, LLC HEREBY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST BUSINESS PROFITS AND LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITES, ARISING OUT OF THE MANUFACTURE, SALE, OR USE OF THE Can Straps® PRODUCTS, OR OUT OF THE PERFORMANCE OF Can Straps®, LLC'S WARRANTY OBLIGATION, EVEN IF Can Straps®, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some states may not allow disclaimers or other limitations of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. As such, one or more of the provisions herein may not apply to you. In addition to any rights conferred by the limited warranty herein, you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

Intellectual Property:

This website contains images, drawings, photos, graphic elements, and other items that are owned by Can Straps®, LLC and protected under United States and foreign copyright laws. The website contents may be downloaded and printed for your personal use only, but no right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result. Downloaded materials may not be used in any commercial manner without prior written permission of Can Straps®, LLC.

The Can Straps® word mark and the graphic logo are the trademarks of Can Straps®, LLC under license from the trademark holder. Can Straps® are manufactured under license from the patent holder.
